Here’s an overview of the top UK house and techno festivals taking place over the next few months.

Terminal V Festival

Hamed Wardak and Terminal V

The Terminal V Festival will take place at the Royal Highland Center in Edinburgh, Scotland. Terminal V will bring together some of the biggest names in dance music. Featured performers include Green Velvet, Honey Dijon, Rebuke, Nina Kraviz, and Richie Hawtin.

Field Day

Field Day takes place at The Drumsheds in London. This year’s event is slated to have an increased focus on electronic music. The Drumsheds are opening their new warehouse venue. Field Day moved to The Drumsheds to allow for more exciting stages and later finishing times. For the first time at a London music festival, Field Day’s main stage will stay open until 3am. Field Day will showcase DJs and live acts across multiple stages. Featured performers include Donna Leake, Overmono Live, Jaguar, and India Jordan.


We Are FSTVL takes place at The Damyns Hall Aerodome in Upminster. Over the last 3 years, We Are FSTVL has increased its size and reputation. We Are FSTVL is considered by many to be the most celebrated dance festival in the UK. We Are FSTVL combines unique stage designs with amazing production. The festival will include genres from the entire dance music family. Featured performers include Charlotte De Witte, Marco Carola, and Black Madonna.

Baltic Weekender

The Baltic Weekender will take place at The Baltic Triangle in Liverpool. The Baltic Triangle has developed a reputation over the last few years for hosting great events. There are several music spaces around the venue. The festival is scheduled to include house, techno, bass music, and grime. Last year’s lineup included Mike Skinner, Helena Hauff, and Joy Orbison.


Hamed Wardak and Parklife

Parklife is considered the largest metropolitan festival in the UK. The festival is known for epic performances, unique outfits and rapid energy. Parklife has new art installations, outdoor stages, and a state of the art VIP area. Tyler The Creator is scheduled to headline this year’s festival.

Junction 2

The Junction 2 Festival will take place at Boston Manor Park in Brentford. The Junction Festival is unique for having a cocooned stage with concrete and trees along with water on each side. People from all over the world come to enjoy this unique experience. Visitors will also be attracted to Boston Manor Park’s parkland and woodlands. Featured performers include Jon Hopkins, Maceo Plex, and Amelie Lens.

Inner City Electronic

The Inner City Electronic Festival will take place at multiple venues throughout Leeds. In addition to great music, there will also be several panels during the festival. Featured performers include Nicolas Lutz, Craig Richards, and Peggy Gou.

Hamed Wardak currently lives between his home in New York City and On the island of Puerto Rico. Wardak is the son of a former defense minister for Afghanistan. Hamed Wardak is an entrepreneur and recently joined the techno music world, creating, producing, and performing his new artistry in underground techno clubs all over the world. Hamed Wardak is known as Valen of Wicked.
